1. Employees of Polaroid Eyewear, Marketing Zone, their families and agents are ineligible.
  2. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
  3. Only one application will be permitted per person per month. Any attempts at multiple entry within the same month will automatically be rejected.
  4. The first entry drawn each month will receive a pair of Polaroid Thrill sunglasses. Each monthly draw has one prize per draw.
  5. The prize is as stated. No cash alternative will be made available, however Polaroid Eyewear reserves the right to provide a cash substitute for the chosen prize to an acceptable value. This is purely at the discretion of Polaroid Eyewear and may not be requested by the winner.
  6. The draw will take place within one week of the month end. Winners will be notified within two weeks after this closing date.

  8. Contact details: It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they have provided Polaroid Eyewear with a valid, working email address. The organisers accept no responsibility for incomplete or inaccurate entries. If the email should bounce then Polaroid Eyewear will select another winner.
  9. Offers and promotions: By entering this prize draw participants are giving their permission for Polaroid Eyewear to contact them with future offers and promotions.
  10. Delivering prizes: Open to UK addresses only. All prizes will be sent to the winner’s given address within 28 days of the winner being notified. Upon receiving the notification email, it is the responsibility of the winner to confirm that Polaroid Eyewear holds the correct address. No responsibility will be accepted for loss or damage to the prize due to incorrect information being supplied. Polaroid Eyewear will send the sunglasses via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Polaroid Eyewear accepts no responsibility for the condition that the prize arrives to the winner in.
  11. Polaroid Eyewear reserves the right to publish winners’ names on the Prize Draw webpage without notification.
  12. Polaroid Eyewear reserves the right to cancel this promotion at the end of any given monthly draw period. We will however honour any running prize draw and will not cease the promotion until the end of that draw period.
