Traverse - one of Polaroid's new ski goggles.

There’s no doubt about it – skiing is better and more fun when you have the right eye protection. In spring, when the weather is a little less bitter and the wind dies down, sunglasses are the perfect option. And this year, Polaroid has some great styles to choose from, including the new Ascend – the ideal lightweight sports sunglasses. But in winter, when the chance of heavy snow is at its highest, you need to give your eyes complete coverage.

Our new ski goggles come with a single Polaroid polarized lens in a ventilated and snug-fitting mask. If your goggles have the annoying tendency to fog up, you’ll want to give these a try. And, the lens comes with UV filters so you’ll be protected from dangerous UV rays that are also dangerous when it’s cloudy.

There’s even more good news. La Plagne in France  is expecting more snow in the next 48 hours and Pas de la Casa GrandValira, Andorra  also reports excellent conditions.

So get out, try some new goggles and enjoy!

I went skiing in the Morzine/Les Gets area with these and they are amazing! I had previously only had non-polarised goggles and the difference is really noticeable. With ordinary goggles my eyes felt tired these were the opposite – very calming, and everything looks so much clearer. The other feature worth commenting on is the ventilation – zero fogging even in some unfortunate rainy spells! A really good product – I would highly recommend them.
