I am on mother watch today. The good news (i) for the first time I managed my full mother watch without being sick and (ii) I have my first water wash, all be it 2 litres, since we left La Rochelle. Normally we use baby wipes to clean up. The other treat of mother watch is that I am not on duty until 1pm tomorrow. Food wise it is still diabolical, I keep dreaming of the fat juicy steak I will get in Rio.
